For the relaunch of the Moss brand, I and my team focused on the owner’s commitment to sustainability with a visual language that mixed plants with technology.
After wrapping the brand in a whole new look, we focused on injecting humanity into the voice they used to engage with the world, culminating in a signage system to identify the properties they offered. “Space Available” and “For Sale” were replaced with “Brownstone Seeks Owner,” and “Roost Here,” with supporting messages like “Local Wildlife Shops Here” and “Beautiful Neighbors Included.”
Starting the day the old signs were replaced, response rates tripled.
